How to Configure Company Settings in Enforcium
Company Settings help you configure the basic information and preferences for your Enforcium workspace during onboarding. You can add your company details, describe its direction and purpose, and set workspace preferences such as time zone, currency, and date format.
Opening Company Settings
To configure your company information, open Settings from the left navigation and select the Company tab.
The page contains several groups of settings. Each one covers a different part of your workspace configuration.
During onboarding, complete the information that is relevant to your company. You can also return to these settings later when company information or workspace preferences change.
Configuring company identity
The Company Identity section contains the basic information associated with your company.
You can configure:
Company name is the name displayed for your company and associated with your account.
Website stores your company website.
Industry identifies the primary industry in which your company operates.
Business type describes the type of business your company operates.
Company logo lets you upload your company logo. The interface accepts PNG or JPEG files up to 2 MB. The logo is displayed at 48 × 48 pixels.
Keep this information accurate. Company identity can appear throughout the workspace and helps users recognize the company they are working in.
Defining your strategic foundation
The Strategic Foundation section captures the information that describes your company’s direction and purpose.
It includes four fields:
Company tagline is a short phrase that describes your company’s positioning. The field allows up to 160 characters.
Vision describes your company’s vision and future direction. You can enter up to 400 characters.
Mission describes how your company creates value for customers. The field allows up to 500 characters.
About company provides space for a more detailed description of your company, products, services, and operational focus. You can enter up to 5,000 characters.
These fields give your workspace a clear description of the company behind the data, goals, metrics, and processes you configure later.
Write information that can remain useful as your workspace grows. The Vision and Mission can describe the broader direction, while About company can provide additional context about the business and its operations.
Setting workspace details
The Workspace Details section contains preferences that affect how information is handled and displayed in your workspace.
You can configure three settings:
Time zone determines the time zone used by your workspace.
Currency defines the currency used for financial information.
Date format determines how dates are displayed throughout the workspace.
These settings are especially important for companies with teams working across different locations. A consistent time zone and date format help users interpret deadlines, updates, and other time based information correctly.
The currency setting also provides a consistent format for financial data across the workspace.
